Standard screens are stretched with SEFAR® PET 1500.
SEFAR® PET 1500 has a modified surface for greater adhesion of the stencil and improved print quality.
We have special skills in the stretching service for the CD sector.
In this area, we use the innovative SEFAR® PCF mesh.
The advantages of the partially pre-coated PCF mesh are:
- top results with fine lines and halftones
- large runs possible thanks to PCF technology
- ensure processes due to standardized coating thickness and optimal Rz value
- stencils can be reproduced because of consistent industrial coating technology
